Some helpful answers from our Shipping partners:
Are my internationally send Wonderbacks affected by the coronavirus impacts?
Our International mail and parcel partners are severely impacted by the evolving COVID-19 situation in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. They are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog.
We're making every effort to meet delivery times, however, the changing nature of both airlinehaul capacity and delivery services in destination countries, regions and territories mean that these delivery estimates should be used as a guide only. Further delivery delays will occur with countries/cities in lockdown.
Are there delays due to the coronavirus pandemic?
Yes. We’re seeing a huge increase in volume as more people are shopping online, which is impacting our network. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise delays.
I’m tracking my parcel and it appears to no longer be moving. Should I be worried?
No. The tracking tool will provide you with an estimated arrival date and the latest updates about your parcel. There are various operational reasons why your parcel may appear not to be moving, but rest assured we are working hard to get your parcel to you as quickly as we can.
